We are a small GP surgery and have to watch our costs. We are delighted with the service Dean and the Triton Telecom team gave us. The installation was done at a time we wanted it and it went smoothly. The system Dean recommended is so simple to use. The staff love it and our patients are now able to get through to us. The mornings at our surgery were fairly fraught but we now have two receptionists answering during the peak times and the system allows us to give patient advice which we can change very simply.
I would recommend Triton Telecom to any other GP as we anticipate the revised billing and extra lines will be cost neutral. We even leased the equipment so no big upfront lump sum either. Thank you!
