At Triton, we’re keeping sustainable business communications at the heart of everything we do.
Each quarter, we pause to reflect on our progress, looking for new ways to reduce our environmental impact while delivering the high-quality telephony and connectivity our customers depend on.
Here’s what’s been happening in Q3:
🌱 Food waste gets a new life
Following last quarter’s introduction of food waste bins across our business park, we’re pleased to say the initiative is now fully up and running. All food waste from our office is now being recycled, helping to divert organic material away from landfill and supporting greener waste management across the estate.
🚗 Smarter travel, lower fuel use
While overall mileage has increased this quarter, we’ve made strides in travelling more efficiently. By switching to more economical vehicles, we’ve saved approximately 207 litres of fuel compared to previous usage. It’s a positive reminder that efficiency gains can go hand in hand with business growth and sustainable business communications.
💻 Remote support remains key
Our commitment to reducing unnecessary travel continues. The approach to support calls and BNI 1-2-1 meetings remains the same as last quarter: handled remotely wherever possible, keeping emissions down without compromising service. We’ll always visit on-site when needed, but virtual solutions remain our go-to.
🌍 Ongoing commitment
Each small improvement adds up. Whether it’s rethinking how we manage waste, or how we move from place to place, we’re continuously looking for practical ways to reduce our footprint and contribute to a more sustainable future for business telephony.
